These Terms apply to your use of our website and participation in our webinars, digital marketing training, and web designing courses with Generative AI. By registering or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Services

Digital Hat offers online and offline webinars, workshops, and professional training programs in advanced digital marketing and web designing with Generative AI. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue services, events, or course schedules at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners. Once paid, fees are non-refundable except under circumstances defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and registration information.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds will only be granted if a course or webinar is cancelled by Digital Hat, or in cases of duplicate/failed transactions. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or last-minute cancellations by participants. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, study material, presentations, and digital resources provided during our webinars or training sessions are the exclusive property of Digital Hat. Copying, recording, reselling, or distributing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Any misuse of the website, fraudulent transactions, or violations of these Terms may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Hat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
